I was approached last month to help re-design and host a website for Bay Tree Wine Co. A wine company based in Cardiff’s iconic Grade II listed building, The Maltings. They have an array of wines from around the world and vast knowledge about them.

After an initial meeting over Zoom, I began creating some designs based on their brief which was clean, modern, easy to use and to have a shopping cart that would work on mobile and tablet.

With some feedback from the initial designs, I began creating the website and gave the client access to be able to upload products and content to the pages. In the meantime I was working on the design and functionality of the site.

Some of the functions needed were a 6 bottle minimum order, a mixed case order option, allow customers can register for an account and for it to be mobile and tablet friendly.

I have really enjoyed working with Bay Tree Wine Company and am very excited to have them as a client.
